I really love the way I was attended.First, the receptionist lady was very kind with me. Sorry, I forgot to ask her name, but if you can check on your records, the lady who worked on Tuesday 17th of February, from 13h45 ’to 14h30 while I was there.The dentist was so fabulous, his calmness, firmness and precision to attend my case, bring a comfortable confidence to leave him do whatever he liked to achieve on my surgery.The Hazelwood Dental Practice has really marked my memories. Had couple of wisdom teeth extracted this morning (I believe the procedure was carried out by lady called Naz). Very professional, competent and reassuring service. All done within 15 mins from getting on dentist chair. And 8 hours on, quite surprising, no pain. Amazing 🤩. Massive thanks.

I had a great experience at Hazelwood Dentist in Palmers Green. The dentist was incredibly kind and professional, and she took the time to explain everything clearly before and during my appointment, which really helped put me at ease. My experience was very good! Naz and her assistant dental nurse made me feel extremely comfortable. Naz was so lovely! I’m grateful I was in good hands throughout the whole procedure. My nerves were put to rest, everything was explained thoroughly step by step. I was referred by my dentist for a wisdom tooth extraction and, as a nervous patient, I was quite anxious beforehand. However, I had a great experience from start to finish. The reception team who handled the booking were extremely helpful and reassuring. Shireen and Christina, who carried out the procedure, were exceptional; they looked after me extremely well and made the entire experience painless. I couldn’t have asked for better care.

Dr Shreya and her assistant were amazing. They put me thoroughly at ease as I was very apprehensive about the procedure. They were both very kind and Dr Shreya explained what was going to happen. The receptionists were very approachable too. From booking the appointment to checking me in at the clinic when I arrived. It was very straightforward and everything was explained to me. The surgery was immaculate.

I was referred to this dentist for an extraction which I was not looking forward to as I've had some bad experiences in the past. I have angina and I arrived this morning anxious, but I needn't have been. The whole experience was absolutely the best from start to finish! The receptionists were very welcoming, the surroundings are very calm, bright and spotless, and the dentist was amazing, taking his time to explain everything and making sure I was calm before going ahead with the procedure. I can honestly say it was the best experience I have ever had with an extraction. It was completely painless and over so fast even with stitches being put in, I was amazed that the whole procedure took less than 20 minutes. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone who is nervous or even just looking for an excellent dentist.

Best dental experience I’ve ever had.All the staff here are absolutely incredible. I had my NHS wisdom tooth extraction done at this practice, and the communication throughout was excellent — clear reminder messages before the appointment, efficient phone calls, and genuinely friendly interactions.The clinic itself is very clean, calm, and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease.On the day of my extraction, my dentist Naz and her assistant Monisa were exceptionally kind, patient, and professional. They took the time to explain each step clearly and helped calm my nerves completely. The extraction was incredibly quick and completely painless — the entire procedure took around 10 minutes.I was truly impressed by the level of care and professionalism. This practice is a real gem, and I’m very grateful to all the staff and the NHS team here.

I had an extraction of an upper back right tooth. The procedure itself was far from pleasant, but the dentist was good.I wasn’t given any pain relief afterwards and, despite having had a local anaesthetic, the pain was quite severe and I felt the need for immediate pain relief as soon as the ordeal was over. Unfortunately you are not given anything! I would have appreciated being told in advance to bring strong paracetamol and ibuprofen to take straight after, as nothing is provided.The journey home felt very long when you’re in that much pain.

A very friendly and welcoming practise. The receptionists are approachable and also communicate well with other staff members from what I observed. This was my first time visiting Hazelwood after being referred for an extraction. The surgery is beautiful with such a welcoming feeling the minute you walk through the door. The team are equally as amazing. As someone with mobility disabilities they were so accommodating. I was left feeling completely comfortable. The procedure itself was completed in around 25 to 30 minutes when including numbing time. I felt no pain at all from the extraction just some light pressure as the tooth was eased out. My entire experience from having a tooth extracted was definitely a positive one.

This is not normally my practice.I was referred for a root canal filling.The treatment lasted 90 minutes.It was uncomfortable but despite the intensity not painful.The dentist was very friendly and explained well the processI was impressed at the amount of concentration she had for the whole time on what must be a physically demanding as well as complicated taskThank you very much for sorting out my problem.

I was referred to Dr Sachin Sheth for a root canal treatment and was very pleased with the experience.I was quite anxious because of how unpleasant the procedure was when I had one done 30 years ago but it turned out I didn’t need to be worried at all. The treatment was done in 45 minutes, painless, and far easier than I expected. It’s evident that dental techniques and processes have advanced tremendously over the past 3 decades. I could tell that Dr Sheth is a true professional at his work.I had very minimal pain afterwards, and everything was handled smoothly with great care. I was referred to this practice by my dentist for a wisdom tooth extraction and whilst it’s not a pleasant procedure to go through I was really happy with the whole experience. I am a very anxious patient and have had poor experiences in the past with dentists. I don’t know the name of the dentist and assistant who treated me, I was in room 3 upstairs but they were both very kind, patient and made me feel as comfortable as possible. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the practice and being informed on what was happening throughout the procedure. They both also checked to see how I was doing throughout the appointment multiple times and offered to allow pause for a moment at anytime.

I was initially referred to Hazelwood Dental Practice for investigation for treatment I’d had at a different practice. Since December 2024 I’ve never looked back. The team have been absolutely fantastic. I’ve had an extraction, an implant and now visit for a regular hygiene clean. I’ve always had a fear of going to the dentist but not here. You are made to feel welcome, you’re reassured and treatment is explained and discussed thoroughly. I’ve recommended the practice to lots of people and will continue doing so. I was referred by my dentist to Hazelwood dental practice for a root canal . I arrived at the reception and was greeted with a smile by their very professional and filled my consent form. Was told to wait and soon was called to go up. The dentist explained to me what the procedure was for a root canal and she made sure I was pain free and kept topping up with aesthetic.The dentist was wonderful and very professional. Was referred here for a tooth extraction. I normally find it a horrible experience and I felt so comfortable I didn't even notice that the broken tooth was out until the guy showed me, it took less than half hour, the only thing that hurt was the 3 injections. The staff are really pleasant and the reception is clean and welcoming and the surgery 3 I was in upstairs was clean and tidy

I was referred to Hazelwood Dental Practice by my own dentist for a wisdom tooth extraction. I waited around ten minutes after my appointment time before being called. The dentist was very good at her job. She explained what she was going to do and then did it. The procedure was pain free and everything went very smoothly. Once the local anaesthetic wore off a few hours later I felt some low-level pain. This was dealt with by a single dose of painkillers. The pain has not reoccurred today.All in all I was impressed by Hazelwood Dental Practice. If I lived locally I would try to get onto their patient list.

I had a really positive experience at this dental practice when I had my wisdom tooth and another problematic tooth removed. The oral surgeon — a kind lady wearing a brown scarf and glasses (I can’t recall her name) — was absolutely amazing. She was professional, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease, even though I was quite nervous about the extractions.She explained everything clearly, and her calm, reassuring manner made a big difference. The whole team was polite, welcoming, and supportive throughout the process. The kind staff at reception were very polite and welcomed me.I completed my consent form and waited in the sunshine for my appointment time to arrive. I was shortly called and made my way to treatment room No 3 on the first floor.I met my dentist and his pleasant assistant.A full and clear explanation of today's treatment was outlined.The process of the extraction was completed painlessly within 20 mins.An ongoing care package was then provided with brief but clear advice for my personal care.Before I left I complimented the dentist and his assistant for their professional, kind and very pleasant service.I then made my way out of the building but as I left I popped into reception to express my admiration for the excellent service because it really was first class.To finish i would like to add that this wonderful facility is fresh clean and very polished.Thank you 😊

Brilliant service - wasn’t waiting long, quick procedure, friendly staff and not that it matters but the interior is nice and stylish. The dentist did a great job, can’t believe how fast he worked without rushing, and he let me ask lots of questions. The nurse was very thorough in her explanations and made sure I was clear on the aftercare. Really happy with this experience, no complaints!

I was seen very promptly for a root canal and during when I felt a bit of discomfort I was offered more anaesthetics and felt fine after. I went for a root canal treatment 3 hours ago at Hazelwood. I was very scared and have phobia Re injections. The doctor and the nurse were amazing. However, the injection really hurt and made me jump as it was so sudden. I hit the doctor's hand by accident, and the injection hurt even more. It was my fault. But she is heavy-handed. She was very good and thorough with what she was doing. I would recommend this practice, and the doctor, but hopefully I will not need them, for another 30, 40 years. They provide some free parking spaces, which is good because it's on a pay n' display road.The reception team are welcoming and helpful.My treatment was carried out by Dr Sheth, who was professional, yet reassuring and kind. I go to Hazelwood Dental Practice for my regular hygienist appointments. The staff are friendly and professional.The service I receive is second to none. The premises are clean and tidy. I also like the music in reception and the opportunity to watch the TV which is on the ceiling during my appointments. That is a great distraction!The Principal Dentist who carries out my appointment gives great advice and guidance. My questions and concerns are always answered.

From entering this dental practice, it was a 5 star to me, clean, clear and nicely decorated. Very kind and welcoming staff at the reception, spacious waiting area. Had to use stairs to get to the surgery room but that was OK for me. While attending to me, the dentist and the assistant were so kind and gentle with me, having my note on fear before the appointment helped them and calmed be too because they made me feel like they care and not just work. Throughout my stay, they kept me informed, checked on me. Although I don't like new people working on me but I must say the experience was a good one, and explained the after care too. ***** 5 star.Also they have parking for up to 3 cars, but I didnt notice so was driving up and down. There is a sign.

Very well looked after. I was really nervous but very soon this subsided. The receptionists were so welcoming, Dr Asaria put me at easy immediately and explained everything thoroughly. Lastly, I have to thank the dental nurses. Often forgotten, but they are so key to calm nerves. They treated me as a friend. As good as going to the dentist can be, this was great.

I had tooth pain and managed to get a last min cancellation with Dr Zainab... btw she's amazing. My tooth ache was unexplainable after taking 2 different types of xrays she gave me a special toothpaste and some advise of things to do for a week. She's booked me in next week to review it and has a plan in action if I'm still in pain. Her patience is amazing and can I also add her Nurse Christina is lovely... she was helping me through my gag reflex. Never have I had so much fun at the dentist whilst in pain. Thanks for being my 3rd (and last) ever dentist since childhood.Ps. The Netflix on the ceiling was a bonus.

Once you decide to spend money on implants, go to an expert. Dr Hussein Asaria is that expert. Every stage was undertaken with the utmost professionalism, and it is very obvious that he knows this subject inside out. He uses advanced computer graphics to demonstrate to clients what will be, and has been done. The fact that he can describe exactly what will happen, and how you will feel after each stage of the procedure, provides immense confidence.

From the get go, everyone was so kind and and welcoming When it came to booking the appointment, the team were very understanding when I explained what had happened previously, they assured me that the dentist would ensure the same thing would not happen.Dr Femi Oluteye and Nurse Ursula were absolute stars from the get go. Their compassion and care made the whole process very easy, I didn’t feel a single thing and hadn’t realised the tooth had been removed. Although I left minus one molar, I am beyond touched by the wonderful care that I had received from everyone at Hazelwood.

After researching several Dental implant centres I chose to go with Hazelwood Dental practice I found them to be clear and honest about the whole process and reason for why the process would take several months as opposed to weeks in the end Price was not the only thing that I needed to consider but the actual procedure was being done properly. Hazelwood Dental process was explained clearly and it made sense after getting my implant completed i am glad I made the correct decision in choosing Hazelwood Dental because the implant process could not have been done in the time frame others stated.

Dr Asaria and Dr Georghiou, I started coming to Hazelwood Dental Practice as I needed an implant. Actually it turned out I also needed some more work. A big THANK YOU to both for your gentle care and support. One downside of moving out of London is that I am no longer able to travel to have you both take care of my teeth.

Dr Sachin is absolutely brilliant!!!I am petrified of Dentists due to past experiences, but I received a very professional service from beginning to end from Dr Sachin. I was also given an aftercare instruction leaflet to help me maintain and protect the health of my teeth.I am so happy with the service that I have received and would recommend Dr Sachin to everyone.The only downside about my experience is that he only does root canal treatments, so I am unable to see him for my normal dental care procedures. 😊Thank you again, Sachin!

I just had to leave a review after my 1st appointment at the clinic. I had my first implant with Dr Hussein Asaria last week. I was so scared I’ve been putting it off for years however it was such a pleasant experience. Dr Asaria was very reassuring and confident they’d be minimal discomfort and he was right. I felt no pain during and haven’t needed to take a single painkiller since, no swelling, no soreness - nothing! I will never go elsewhere now and highly recommend this incredible Dr who is clearly an expert in his field. Lovely reception team and dental nurses too. Thank you so much.

I went for an extraction, something I was dreading, but Dr Spencer just had a really impressive and warm bedside manner, she was really rather splendid at re-assuring me and then did the actual extraction with real skill and expertise. A much better experience than I was expecting. 10 out of 10 for Dr Spencer and Hazlewood Dental practice.

Great experience at this surgery today- thank you.I was referred by my NHS dentist for wisdom teeth extraction.The reception staff were genuinely nice and friendly.Dr Femi explained the process thoroughly and made sure he explained what he was doing throughout. A true professional. His dental nurse (didn't catch her name) was also friendly and reassuring.The process was over in 30 mins or so and was completely pain free.I would recommend this dental surgery.

The receptionists were friendly and professional and the practice was clean and organised. I'd like to thank the two dentists that extracted my tooth, I believe his name was Femi and I didn't catch the dental assistants name but thank you so much, both of you! The dental assistant talked me through on all the after care, so I was well informed, along with written instructions. They were reassuring and made sure I was not in any pain whilst the extraction was underway! Thank you so much

I was a nervous patient and was worried about having my tooth taken out. Dr Femi and his nurse were so amazing. I had a denture to be fitted and he has done that. It was done very quickly and the nurse was very caring.I have to say I have had no pain since. This is the second time I have seen Dr Femi and both times I cannot fault what he has done.

Dear Hazelwood Dental Practice, just to let you know that Femi and Christina did a fantastic job on my mother removing 3 front teeth. She had a bit of pain with the injections, but apart from that there was no pain with the removal of the teeth and no pain thereafter. As my mother was hard of hearing I watched Femi during the operation and he did an amazing job with absolute expertise, and his assistant Christina was very quick to assist him and demonstrated superb antibacterial cleaning.I would highly recommend your services to everyone.Kind regardsPauline Mohun

I was referred by my dentist to Hazelwood dental practice to investigate pain in a tooth which I had a root canal done many years ago. Dr Irfan Jiwa was absolutely amazing in carrying out the whole procedure and kept me informed with everything he was doing and what he found. He was also great at providing reassurance as I was quite nervous about having my root canal redone. I would absolutely recommend visiting and has made me consider moving over to private dental care. Came for a wisdom tooth extraction as my dentist referred me because no matter how much anesthetic was used, I could feel everything! (5 injections). Dr Femi and Nurse Carmen were amazing.
